About Solvista Partners
Anna Ohanian is the founder of Solvista Partners. She is driven by a singular mission: to acquire and grow one exceptional small to mid-sized business.
Anna was raised in an immigrant household. Her Armenian father and Colombian mother instilled in her the value of hard work, resilience, and the courage to bet on oneself. Entrepreneurship runs deep in her family: her grandfather opened a jewelry store in Manhattan after immigrating in the 1970s. When he passed unexpectedly, Anna’s father took over and grew the business. After selling it and relocating to Florida, he went on to start a youth sports business, now run by him and Anna’s brother.
Professionally, Anna built a successful career in investment banking as a member of Citi’s Southeast Public Finance division. During her tenure, she worked on 80+ financings totaling $15 billion, funding critical infrastructure across Florida and the broader Southeast. Despite her success in finance, entrepreneurship has always been her true calling. Today, she’s focused on finding, acquiring, and growing one great business.
Anna is the first in her family to earn a college degree. She holds a BSBA in Finance from the University of Florida and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
She lives in South Florida with her husband Cory and their havachon, June. They are fans of the Florida Gators and a house divided between Miami and Tampa sports teams.
