Anna Ohanian

Founder & Principal

Anna spent her early years between New Jersey and Florida, growing up in an immigrant household that instilled in her hard work, resilience, and the courage to bet on oneself.

Entrepreneurship runs deep in her family. In the 1970s, Anna’s grandfather immigrated to the U.S. with little to his name but took a risk by opening a jewelry store in Manhattan. When he passed away unexpectedly, her father stepped in, dedicating the next 20 years to growing the business. In 2005, after moving to Florida, Anna’s father built another business in youth sports. Today, that business is run by Anna’s father and brother (https://www.timetosignsports.com/).

From a young age, Anna has had a front-row seat to the highs and lows of entrepreneurship. Dinner table conversations often doubled as business lessons in risk-taking and problem-solving, fueling her own entrepreneurial ambitions.

Professionally, Anna built a successful career in investment banking as a member of Citi’s Southeast Public Finance division. Over her tenure, she worked on 80+ financings totaling $15 billion, funding critical infrastructure projects across Florida and the greater Southeast region.

Despite her achievements in banking, entrepreneurship has remained her true calling. Today, she is on a mission to find, acquire, and grow one great business.

Anna and her brother are the first in their family to graduate from college. She holds a BSBA in Finance from the University of Florida and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Outside of work, she enjoys strength training and spending time with her fiancé, Cory, and their puppy, June.
