About Solvista Partners

Anna Ohanian is the founder of Solvista Partners. She is driven by a singular mission: to acquire and grow one exceptional small to mid-sized business.

Anna was raised in an immigrant household. Her Armenian father and Colombian mother instilled in her the value of hard work, resilience, and the courage to bet on oneself. Entrepreneurship runs deep in her family: her grandfather opened a jewelry store in Manhattan after immigrating in the 1970s. When he passed unexpectedly, Anna’s father took over and grew the business. After selling it and relocating to Florida, he went on to start a youth sports business, now run by him and Anna’s brother.

Professionally, Anna built a successful career in investment banking as a member of Citi’s Southeast Public Finance division. During her tenure, she worked on 80+ financings totaling $15 billion, funding critical infrastructure across Florida and the broader Southeast. Despite her success in finance, entrepreneurship has always been her true calling. Today, she’s focused on finding, acquiring, and growing one great business.

Anna is the first in her family to earn a college degree. She holds a BSBA in Finance from the University of Florida and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

She lives in South Florida with her husband Cory and their havachon, June. They are fans of the Florida Gators and a house divided between Miami and Tampa sports teams.

About the Principal

Long-Term Commitment & Stability
We are focused on managing one company for the long term, ensuring stability and sustainable growth. We aren’t here to flip your business for a quick profit or treat it as just another asset in a large portfolio. Instead, we take a patient, thoughtful approach, investing in the company’s future while preserving its people, values, and legacy.
Hands-on Leadership & Personalized Approach
When you sell to Solvista Partners, you work directly with Anna. The fate of your company won’t be handed off to a board of distant investors or forced into rigid corporate structures. Instead, you’ll experience a flexible, seller-friendly transition that allows you to exit on your terms, with confidence that your business is in capable hands.
Protecting Employees & Company Culture
The strength of any business lies in its people. We believe in continuity and fostering a positive work environment where employees can thrive. There’s no concern about mass layoffs or employee restructuring for the sake of financial engineering. Instead, you can leave your business knowing we are committed to providing a growing and stable workplace.
